By placing an order with Draped Up you agree to these terms.

Pricing & availability

All prices are in INR and inclusive of GST. We work in small runs; once a design is sold out it usually does not come back. We reserve the right to correct typographic errors and cancel orders placed against an obvious mispricing.

Shipping

See our shipping page for full details. Title and risk pass to you on delivery.

Returns

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, in unworn and unwashed condition. Refunds are limited to defective or wrongly-shipped goods.

Liability

Draped Up's liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
