Shipping inside India

International shipping

We currently ship to the UAE, UK, Singapore and the US on request. International orders are flat ₹1,200 and arrive in 6 – 14 business days, ex-duties. Email us before placing the order so we can confirm the routing.

Exchanges

14 days from delivery. The scarf must be unworn and unwashed, in its original tissue. Email us with your order ID; we'll send a return label and exchange your piece for a different size or design at no cost.

Refunds

Full refunds are issued only if the piece arrives damaged, with a manufacturing flaw, or different from what was ordered. Please send a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll resolve it within 5 business days.
